Our Department of Oncology, led by the renowned Dr. Tushar Pandey (MBBS, MD - PGIMER Chandigarh, DM in Clinical Haematology), stands at the forefront of cancer care and haematological treatments. Specializing in a comprehensive range of hematological malignancies, Dr. Pandey's expertise spans across all forms of lymphomas (including Hodgkin and Non-Hodgkin), multiple myeloma, acute leukemias (AML, ALL, MPAL), Chronic Myeloid leukemias (CML), Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia CLL), Lymphoplasmacytic Lymphoma (LPL), Hairy Cell Leukemia (HCL), as well as myeloproliferative disorders like Myelofibrosis, Polycythemia vera, Essential Thrombocythemia, and Chronic Myelomonocytic leukemia (CMML).

Dr. Pandey's commitment to bringing the latest advancements in immunotherapy and chemotherapy has transformed Raghav Healthcare into a centre of excellence for Oncology and  Bone marrow transplantation. In 2024, he was part of the pioneering team in Eastern India to administer the revolutionary Chimeric Antigen Receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapy, marking a significant milestone in cancer treatment.

In 2019, Dr. Pandey became the first physician to introduce bone marrow aspiration with biopsy in Haldwani, providing advanced diagnostic services for patients in the region. Practicing in Haldwani, Uttarakhand since 2020, when he became the first Clinical Haematologist of Kumaon, Rudrapur, Udham Singh Nagar, Bareilly and covered all near by regions of Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh. He has demonstrated expertise in essential procedures such as intrathecal chemotherapy, management of paediatric leukemias and lymphomas, and USG-guided PICC line placements. Known for his empathic approach and dynamic personality, Dr. Pandey ensures each patient receives compassionate and personalised care.

Dr. Tushar Pandey is certified by the European Society for Blood and Marrow Transplantation (EBMT) in bone marrow transplantation and has further specialized training in USG-guided PICC line placement and management from Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute, New Delhi. His expertise also includes advanced infectious disease management, certified by Johns Hopkins University, USA. Recently awarded the "Most Dynamic Hematologist and BMT Physician of Uttarakhand" at the 2024 Golden Aim Awards, Dr. Pandey continues to set new standards in oncology and hematology care in India.
